Join Lisa Fleming for a 90 minute Resorative Yoga practice.
Class will include pranayama, mudras for relaxation, candle light, essential oils (if wanted), and calming music, as well as Yoga Nidra. Summer time is busy, so don't forget to make time for you!

Yoga Nidra: Known as Yogic Sleep, or Cosmic Sleep- Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation/meditation wherein you go on a journey- be it through your own body, or through your imagination. As you use the guided imagery to settle down into deep relaxation, your parasympathetic nervous system activates, taking you into a dreamy peaceful place. This practice greatly reduces the effects of stress on the body and mind, allowing them to rest and restore. 15 minutes of deep yoga nidra is equivalent to hours of sleep!
Find some peace, relief, and relaxation this Christmas and New Year's Eve with a detoxifying and restorative practice! Class will include centering through breath work, twists to cleanse the body, gentle strength building to regain energy, and end with a fully supportive and stress relieving Restorative pose while being led through guided meditation
