Cord Detachment and Healing
The act of cutting cords, or healing them, is to separate us from a person, place, or thing that has become negative or toxic in our lives. For this event we will discuss energetic cords and the various techniques for detaching and healing. We will enter into a guided meditation and end with smudge and integration.

Brain Balance: Combating Anxiety
Explores movement therapy techniques to reduce anxiety and stress while helping the brain to process anger, grief, trauma and other difficult emotions. The practice also incorporates exercises to promote healthy development and aging in the brain.

This class explores movement therapy techniques geared to reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm while helping the brain to process anger, grief, trauma and other difficult emotions and old negative beliefs about the self, all through specific movements and breath-work. The practice also incorporates exercises to promote healthy development and aging in the brain. The foundation of this class comes from BrainDance by Anne Green Gilbert and other yoga and wellness practices.
